“Mr Ambulance Men” personalities…

Mr Lazy

Mr Lazy floats through life in a semi-dream like, surreal haze. He is never perturbed by due-dates or exams. If he even bothers to show up to class, he is almost always late and never prepared. He always manages to find the easy way to do things and is more than happy to sit back and watch as his class mates busily work around him. Assignments are often an after-thought and he has a history of submitting work with seconds to the cut-off. Mr Lazy is never in any danger of the ill effects of stress, in fact; that word doesn’t exist in Mr Lazy’s world. To him, uni is all about a chilled out lifestyle, with little demand on his effort or time, the work that he is required to do for his degree is considered rather incidental.

Mr Worry

Mr Worry, worries about EVERYTHING. He is a stress-head who lives in a constant state of disarray and tension. He is a perfectionist who strives for the very best at all that he attempts. He will often finish assignments weeks in advance and spend the rest of the time hounding lecturers for advice and tweaking what is already HD quality work, until he knows it word for word. He often expresses unfounded fears of failing exams, only to be rewarded with exceptional grades. Mr Worry worries so much about things, that he even seems to get worried when he doesn’t have anything specific to worry about.

Mr Cheeky

Mr Cheeky is a mischievous man who enjoys having fun. He has a wicked sense of humour and can often be found cracking jokes in class or plotting hilarious schemes, all with the intent of making his class mates laugh. He is perpetually the life of the party and is always the first to arrive and the last to leave from any social event. Mr Cheeky is always good to have around and can make light of any difficult situation encountered.  This popular little rogue is great value and an asset to the class.

Mr Hero

Mr Hero embodies all of the characteristics that it takes to be considered the ‘Most Likely To Be An S.O.T’. He is a strong, athletic man who takes pride in his appearance. He can often be found in the gym working on his bulging ‘guns’ or wearing the latest fashions to show off his impeccably toned and buff body. He is also extremely smart and has an aptitude for theory as well as a natural ability to successfully complete practical based scenarios. He is a willing participant in all demonstrations and relishes the opportunity to play the ‘lifesaver’. Mr Hero is destined to achieve his goal of saving many lives.

Mr Selfless

Mr Selfless is a very caring and sweet man. He is often quietly thoughtful and considerate. He loves to help his fellow class mates and has a real sense of team spirit. Although he is naturally gifted at achieving great things through his studies and future career, he is non-obtrusive or self-promoting. He is a respectful leader who never allows anyone to be isolated or dejected. He is amiable with everyone and well liked and respected by all classmates.

Little Miss Chatterbox

Little Miss Chatterbox is the quintessential busy body. She is constantly communicating with anyone who is even remotely in her proximity. In fact, she can even conduct a full blown conversation when only she is present. She is able to cleverly disguise this well-accepted sign of insanity by addressing animals or even objects that happen to be in the area. On many occasions she has been overheard consulting and instructing her equipment, ‘Please Mr. Cannula, when we work together today, please don’t let the patient bleed as much this time’. Apart from this slight propensity towards craziness, she does possess the gifted ability to fill any awkward silence with inane chatter and can pleasantly speak to anyone she meets, making her a pleasure to have in the classroom.

Little Miss Giggles

Little Miss Giggles just can’t stop giggling. She has a keen ability to make those around her as happy as she always is. Often classmates will find themselves so caught up in her joyfulness that they can’t help but laugh along with her, (even at things that aren’t so funny). Little Miss Giggles is so easy to get along with, that she brings light to even the darkest of situations at uni.

Little Miss Yes

Little Miss Yes is a ‘giving’ girl. She is very approachable and is often involved with all the happenings of uni life. She is extremely friendly and frequently gets to know her fellow classmates very well, just because she is so amiable and enthusiastic about everything. At social events she likes to have a lot of fun and let loose, often agreeing to do anything and everything that is suggested by those in her company. She loves life and all those around her immeasurably, especially when she has been hanging out and chilling with her classmates.

Little Miss Helpful

Little Miss Helpful likes to be involved in everything that is happening everywhere! She is constantly giving her opinion to those in her class and likes her ideas to be known by all. Although her intentions are for-the-most-part honourable, she has a unique ability to express herself through quite forceful means. She is a misunderstood girl, who is always trying her best, but this desire is often lost in a perceived cloud of bossiness and self-righteousness.

Little Miss Prim

Little Miss Prim is always immaculate. She enjoys all things proper. She is a classy, traditionalist that prides herself in looking her best in every situation at uni. She believes that just because she is on her hands and knees in the dirt caring for a patient who just vomited on her, it is no excuse for not wearing shoes that match her handbag! Although she does have a very caring nature and possesses a strong desire to help her patients, she may sometimes have trouble prioritising these qualities over her compulsions to go shopping and have beauty treatments. Her ambition is to prove that she can still perform all her job requirements, whilst maintaining a perfect manicure and wearing designer clothes.

And a special category…

Little Miss Tact employs a line of history taking questioning that can often be considered less than professional. However, she does manage to connect with her patients easily and get to know them on an intimate basis. Our Little Miss Tact has in the past been quoted as asking an elderly female patient experiencing chest pain, whether ‘she was taking any sex drugs’.
