Paraquinas is the student paramedic association for those studying the double degree of Nursing and Paramedicine at ACU’s Aquinas campus in Ballarat, Victoria. Paraquinas is conscious of delivering both educational and entertaining events for its members and is strongly supported by the students on campus, with a great majority of students either commencing or retaining their membership with us. Paraquinas hosts regular professional development nights, holds an annual end-of-year Ball as its premier social event and seeks to advocate for, and promote the needs of, all paramedic students at Aquinas.

Monash University Paramedic Society (PARASOC)

PARASOC is the most active society on the Monash University Peninsula Campus, and remains the largest university student paramedic society in Australia. PARASOC is a society that aims to enhance the university life of students, through self run and Student Paramedics Australasia (SPA) initiatives.

During 2012, we hope to continue our efforts in organising social events, such as the very popular Annual PARASOC Ball and holding free barbecues for our members, supporting charity fundraising and community volunteering and providing relevant professional and educational resources.
