SPA Executive Committee 2017 Core Team Announced
The final SPA Executive Committee meeting for 2016 is underway and we are so excited to bring to you the core team of 2017. All four committee members have come forward from the existing committee with big ideas and plans already being formed, preparing to bring you the best year possible. Ready to meet them?
Lauren Turnbull will be commencing her second year on the SPA Committee moving from the Web and Social Media portfolio to the Convenor portfolio. This role will require her to oversee the committee, liaising with the internal committee and external stakeholders such as Paramedics Australasia, providing future direction and ensuring both short and long term goals are upheld.
Dylan Williams will be commencing his second year on the SPA Executive Committee. Having had experience as a Conference Committee member this year, he is now stepping up to the Co-Chair position looking after the Conference portfolio. Dylan will be responsible for SPAIC2017 and day-to-day running of SPA and managing the 3 Conference Committee Portfolios and the Web & Social Media Portfolio, which will be announced soon!
Amelia Perris will be commencing her second year on the SPA Executive Committee. Amelia excelled in her previous role as Publications Officer and is now stepping in to a Co-Chair role, looking after the Coordination Portfolio. This includes the Publication Portfolio and 5 Australasian State.Country Coordinators, who will be announced soon!
Morris Walsh will be commencing his second year on the SPA Executive Committee. In 2016 Morris' looked after the Australasian Coordinator Portfolio for Victoria and Tasmania, and graduated in the same year. In 2017 Morris will take on the Secretary & Administration Portfolio whilst completing his grad year.
Congratulations to the core team! We are all looking forward to the upcoming year, and the other portfolio positions will be announced next week.
