Heading into 2017 we have made some changes to the position portfolios! This will see 16 positions become available for the SPA Executive Committee. "So…Why would I want to be involved?"
Not only is the Committee a great way to meet like-minded students from across Australia & NZ, getting involved in SPA creates opportunities for you to network with paramedics, clinicians and professionals alike from around the world as well as being a part of a bigger picture facilitating and creating opportunities for peers from a local to a global level.
"Before I apply…what should I know?"
Roles generally require approximately 5 hours dedicated work per week. Meetings are held at least once a month and can go from anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 hours depending on what is happening. In any role you will be expected to attend the SPAIC2017 conference which is held late September/early October and help run the show! Lastly, and arguably most importantly, you should know that you will be a part of a fun, enthusiastic, professional team of students aiming to inspire and improve the student paramedic experience!
"So…How do I apply?"
To apply, all you need to do is fill out the application and send it via email to email@example.com by the 2nd December. The application form will be available at 0900hrs AEDT on Monday 21 November.
